Contoh Percakapan Menangani Tamu Check-in (walk-in guest)

Sebelumnya aku udah posting Contoh Percakapan Concierge dengan Tamu di Hotel, sekarang aku bakal kasih lagi nih contoh percakapan di hotel khususnya pada saat tamu hendak melakukan check-in (walk-in guest). cio!

 Ketika tamu menghampiri front desk, seorang Reception wajib melakukan greeting!
Reception : "Good morning, welcome to Pelita Tiga Hotel, may I help you?"
Guest       : "Good morning, yes, I want to check-in please"
Reception : "Have you made a reservation before?"
Guest       : "Not yet"
Reception : "Allright sir/madam, we have many types of room such as Superior Room at Rp800.000, Deluxe Room at Rp1.000.000, Junior Suite Room at Rp1.200.000, Family Suite Room at Rp1.400.000, and Pelita Tiga Suite at Rp.1.600.000. The price is include with tax and service 21% and breakfast voucher for 2 persons, you also get a welcome drink too. So, which room will you take, sir/madam?"
Guest       : "I'll take a Junior Suite"
Reception : "How many room do you need, sir/madam?"
Guest       : "Only one"
Reception : "Could you wait a minute, I'll check the room availablity for you............. You're lucky, sir/madam. The room that you need is available. How long will you be stay?"
Guest       : "Three nights"
Reception : "For how many persons?"
Guest       : "Two persons"
Reception : "May I have your ID card, sir/madam?"
Guest       : "Of course, here you are"
Reception : "Thank you, I'll fill your registration form first"

 Pada saat Reception mengisi formulir pendaftaran, tidak jarang tamu yang menanyakan hal - hal seputar fasilitas hotel, tempat wisata dan restoran yang ada disekitar hotel tersebut. Maka perlu konsentrasi yang baik sebagai seorang Reception...
Guest       : "Could you tell me the facilities of my room?"
Reception : "Certainly, there's a living room with televition more than 50 channels, jacuzzi, bed room with king size bed, Air Condition, and free wi-fi with high speed until 20mbps.
Guest       : "How about the view?"
Reception : "For Junior Suite view, we take a city view so you can see a beautiful city of Bandung on balcony. I suggest you to see it at night"
Guest       : "Oh, very interesting"
Reception : "Could you sign in here, sir/madam?"
Guest       : "Sure"
Reception : "How about the payment? By cash or credit card?"
Guest       : "By cash"
Reception : "The minimum charge is for room only. Any special request, sir/madam?"
Guest       : "No, thank you"
Reception : "Allright, this is your guest card with your name and room number 512. Inside of the guest card is your key room and voucher breakfast for two persons that you can use it tomorrow morning in our restaurant from 6.00am until 10.00am. And for welcome drink you can use it once in our coffeeshop. Here is your ID card and the deposit is Rp3.600.000, sir/madam"
Guest       : "Here is the payment"
Reception : "Thank you, our bellboy will escort you to your room. If you need something you can contact us in 0 for operator, 1 for reception and 2 for housekeeping. Have a nice stay with us. Good morning"
Guest       : "Thanks, good morning"
